Flinders Marine Sanctuary

There are still some shorebirds at Flinders in Victoria. I observed 3 Red-capped Plovers and a solitary Hooded Plover feeding on the shoreline at low tide. Further out on the reefs there were Sooty Oystercatchers, White-faced Herons, Little Pied Cormorants, and several unidentified small birds which were departing as I arrived.
